The Database
CARES is building an AI-powered platform that matches individuals to the best-fit local programs for their specific needs based on program availability across a range of support categories.
By partnering with nonprofits and local government agencies, we can improve access to support services.
The Information
Local community access hubs provide nonprofits and government agencies with information to identify the services and programs most in demand within a region, as well as service gaps for supports that are needed but not met by existing programs.
The Insights Report
An annual insight report provides critical data that local communities can use to improve outcomes, close service gaps, and impact community wellbeing.
